- Which workshop or class are you interested in? There are five that are offered, but if you need something slightly specialized, please let Joanne know.

- The location where the workshop or class will be held, and the date. If possible, please include one or two alternate dates.

- What is the occasion for the workshop? Is it part of a larger event, or is it a stand-alone event?
